It is undoubtedly a deluxe option when in Ballarat. The room was very clean and the staff were welcoming. Located in a historic area. Enjoyed to hang out in the centre, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. In addition, there's public parking.

We liked the service and rooms and fantastic prices. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like il piccolo gelato that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
